RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Return Policy

We accept product returns under the following conditions:

• The product is defective due to manufacturing
• The received item does not match the order (wrong size/model)
• Return request is made within 3 working days of receiving the item
• Item must be in original condition (unused  and undamaged)

Return procedure:

1. Send a message to Alloraz.HQ with proof of purchase, item photo, and reason for return.
2. Await approval from our team.
3. Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer, unless the error is on our part.

2.  Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for the following:

• Sale, promotional, or clearance items
• Items that have been used
• Damages due to customer’s mishandling after receipt
